C\u2019est \u00e9galement l\u2019une des quatre derni\u00e8res fromageries \u00e0 fabriquer du Bleu de Gex, et la seule en agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n<p>Vous \u00eates accueilli dans une boutique lumineuse et spacieuse dans laquelle vous trouverez trois Comt\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents (dont un bio), de la tomme du Jura, des fromages de ch\u00e8vre et vins bios. Charcuteries,miels, confitures, yaourts, beurre, cr\u00e8me, limonades, biscuits et confiseries enrichissent l\u2019offre pour le plus grand plaisir des gourmands.<\/p>\n<p>Le Morbier et la raclette propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente sont fabriqu\u00e9s sur place.<\/p>\n<p>Ouverture :<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Du lundi au samedi de 8h30 \u00e0 12h00 et de 15h00 \u00e0 18h30.
