Au c\u0153ur du Parc naturel Normandie Maine, A Saint Cyr-en-Pail, ils \u00e9l\u00e8vent une cinquantaine de ch\u00e8vres et produisent de la tomme et des fromages frais nature.<\/h3>\n<p>Cathy et Olivier ont quitt\u00e9 la r\u00e9gion parisienne o\u00f9 ils vivaient depuis 2010 et leurs m\u00e9tiers d\u2019assistante maternelle et d\u2019ouvrier du b\u00e2timent pour vivre leur projet commun : \u00e9lever des ch\u00e8vres et transformer leur production de lait en fromages. C\u2019est donc tout naturellement qu\u2019ils ont repris ensemble la ch\u00e8vrerie de la Mercerie. Au c\u0153ur du Parc Naturel R\u00e9gional Normandie Maine, \u00e0 Saint-Cyr-en-Pail, ils \u00e9l\u00e8vent une cinquantaine de ch\u00e8vres de race Alpine et produisent de fa\u00e7on artisanale de la tomme et des fromages frais nature ou agr\u00e9ment\u00e9s qu\u2019ils vendent sur les march\u00e9s locaux. Les visiteurs sont les bienvenus \u00e0 la ferme.
