Ch\u00e2teau priv\u00e9, non visitable.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ch\u00e2teau fut construit en deux temps au XIII\u00e8me et au XVII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Du XIII\u00e8me au XIV\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, le Seigneur de M\u00e9zeyrac (originaire du Puy en Velay), fait construire une forteresse. Il ne reste de cette \u00e9poque que les m\u00e2chicoulis. Vendu vers 1650 \u00e0 la famille Gallimard de Genestelle, il fut reconstruit en 1680. Transform\u00e9 en demeure d&rsquo;apparat, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment qu&rsquo;il prend son aspect actuel de maison forte. Il ne reste qu&rsquo;une grande cour int\u00e9rieure.
