Le pain est fabriqu\u00e9 par nos soins chaque matin avec la farine du Moulin de Hurtigheim et des graines de chanvre BIO d\u2019Alsace. Les l\u00e9gumes de saison BIO sont soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par notre producteur local Jean-Marie ZERR \u00e0 Dangolsheim. Notre viande de b\u0153uf provient de la r\u00e9gion voisine allemande Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, elle est hach\u00e9e tous les jours dans nos cuisines.
