Located in Saint-Just-Ibarre, a small mountain village, Eztigar has managed to save cider apple varieties and relaunch the production of the traditional and ancestral drink of the Basque Country, organic production. Local apple varieties are grown there: Anisa, Eri sagarra, Mimuxiri or Ando Motxa. During independent visits in the cellar and the young orchard, accompanied by small goats, you will discover the history of Eztigar, the values and the approach of Eztigar. Finally, you can taste and discover the typicality of Basque cider, called the "sagarno".
